**NEEDED** A Picture of you in Germany in front of a German flag of some sort

As you can see....I need a picture of you in some sort of super german looking scene. Alone. Like a flag in the background. Or a scenic scene that looks super german. I guess Elder Palmer could be in it. Just see what you can do for me.... Here's a couple of recent pictures. I'll go in order of how they uploaded....and the worst first!! Remember when you were in Fiji and with the missionaries? Remember in the picture how you and your friends put your shirts over your faces like gubers. Me and Dad were so disappointed because it gave us the impression that you were just over there goofing off. Well, those pictures don't even compare with the latest from Henry. Here he is with the missionaries in a Beer shirt. I'm not sure what else to say. I am not impressed. Did you get the letter I sent you? It was fun to hear from Henry. We miss him like crazy and can't wait to welcome him home on Thursday the 14th. I hope the choice in shirt was just a super immature decision and doesn't reflect what's really going on. And if he wears it off the plane...that's going to be tough for me... Here's a couple of pictures from the boating trip last week. McKay and Max and Gwen and Coco. The best part was talking to you as we put away the mess! Oh yeah...and one of the pictures is of McKay when he was surfing and eating his Jimmy John's sandwich, wearing his bucket hat. I threw in a patriotic pic. That's our front door with me and Jane. We hung the flag for the 4th and it looks so good. Jane's been doing a horseback riding class with Henry's friend Austin Shipp. She LOVES it. And he's so cute with her. She is SO excited to go again. Today was a really busy day. I've been working hard to get some things done before your return. It's pretty fun. We also had the Williams' over for bbq and swimming. Spencer and Parker are in town with their families and it was so much fun to visit with them. I loved the CFM study last week. One of my favorite Old Testament stories is in 2 Kings with Elisha and his servant going into battle and he says "They that be with us are more than they that be with them." I think that's such a great thing to be reminded of. I also loved President Eyring's words: "Like that servant of Elisha, there are more with you than those you can see opposed to you. Some who are with you will be invisible to your mortal eyes. The Lord will bear you up and will at times do it by calling others to stand with you." I know you've been the one to stand with so many as a representative of Jesus Christ these last two years. And I know there have been many standing with you. What an amazing blessing to have so many ancestors standing with us. They are so much closer than we even think. I know those same ancestors will be standing with you during this next transition. My heart is so joyful to see you and weeps for your goodbyes at the same time. It's never easy to say goodbye. Just remember, the reunion will be so much sweeter and there WILL be reunions...if not in this life, it will happen in the next. You will see these people you love again. What a sweet missionary experience you've had. Remember the wise old Dr Seuss "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened!" ....but you can cry too. I'll be here to cry with you. My heart is tender because it's been so good. What an amazing, loving Heavenly Father to bless us with these sweet experiences. In late August - a few months before I returned home from my mission - I received a letter from my Mom saying that the tomatoes were ripe and delicious in the garden and that she'd save me one for my return. That simple sentence broke me and I cried because tomatoes have always been our thing. I always helped her in the garden and we always enjoyed tomatoes together every summer. I didn't realize how much I'd missed the tomatoes and even more, my Mom. I won't save you a tomato because I know everyone hates my tomato plants with a passion when we pull them out every fall. All the smashed, overripe tomatoes...haha! But I will make you worlds best ever panini sandwich and we can do the dishes together in record time when we clean up. It won't fix your tender heart but it might dull the pain for a minute and it will taste SO good. Hang in there. I can't wait to wrap my arms around you tight. I'm so proud of you! Love you so very MUCH! Mom
